BEV: Better Than Starbucks" Frozen Mocha

8 fl oz brewed espresso
1 cup fat-free skim milk
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1 packet Equal sweetener
2 Tbsp Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
1 Tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup
Recipe
Brew espresso or strong coffee, decaf or regular. Allow to cool then freeze in an ice cube tray. Thoroughly mix in blender frozen espresso (or coffee), milk, cocoa and sweetener (to taste). Pour into tall glass and top with whip and syrup.
Special Notes
You can adjust the level of coffee flavor to your taste by using more or less coffee/espresso or by varying the strength of the brew. Using frozen coffee/espresso rather than adding water ice cubes is what makes the flavor "better than Starbucks". Great way to use one of your dairy servings if you don't normally like to drink milk. Whenever I have some leftover coffee or espresso in the pot I freeze it and keep the cubes in a freezer zip lock bag for convenience.
