GF Onion Butter London Broil

1.5lb London broil 1.5" thick
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 teaspoon Worcesterchire sauce
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 Tablespoons parsley, finely minced
2 Tablespoons green onions, finely chopped

Coat grill with cooking spray, preheat 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine butter (softened) or margarine and Worcestshire sauce, blend well. Add garlic, parsley, and green onions.
Remove any visible fat from meat and grill 3 minutes. Brush the butter herb sauce over the steak, and grill 4-5 minutes. As the butter sauce melts, it will run into the drip tray. To serve, slice thinly across the grain, place on warmed platter. Pour melted butter sauce from dip tray over the meat.
