    Apple Struesel Muffins

    Makes 12 large,impressive muffins..like you'd find at a donut shop


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 c brown sugar
    • 2/3 c oil
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 1/2 c all - purpose flour
    • 2 c. chopped apple
    • ~TOPPING~
    • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
    • 1/2 c brown sugar
    • 6 tbs. flour
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Pre heat oven 350*
    2. Blend in all ingredients,,with spoon,,no mixer.
    3. spoon into muffin tins..(greased) fill 3/4 full
    4. sprinkle topping over batter
    5. bake 30 min
