    Butterscotch Squares

    Quick little recipe,,to soothe the sweet tooth.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 lb margarine (melted and cooled)
    • 1 C brown sugar
    • Mix in i egg
    • 1 C flour
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 C Coconut
    • 1/4 C walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Pre heat oven 325*
    2. Grease pan (8 x 8)
    3. Bake 25-30 minutes
    4. Cool and dust with icing sugar..
    5. Cut into squares.
