    Canadian Butter Tarts

    List of Ingredients




    Pie Pastry.. I use Crisco recipe
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    2 C brown sugar
    1 C raisins..(rinsed and plumped)
    2 eggs
    1/4 C butter

    Recipe



    Line muffin tins..(greased ) with rolled pastry.. cut in rounds.. fill 3/4 with butter tart filling

    Bake in 375* preheated oven for 12 - 15 min. dependin on the oven..
    Let cool, then enjoy.
    Make approx 2 doz.
