Yorkshire Pudding
Sunday is always a time for Roast of Beef.. Being of English background our family has always enjoyed our Yorkshire Pudding with our meal.. simply a tradition
List of Ingredients
- 3 x-large eggs beaten
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- preheat oven 400-425 dependin on the heat of the oven.. hot is good..
- use deep muffin tins.. spray with Pam,,and also small amount of oil at the bottom each one,, heat in the oven till hot, maybe 5-6 min.
- Put flour in a large Mixing Bowl, with salt..
Put(beaten) eggs in centre, wisk,, takin in the flour add milk till completely mixed.No lumps
- Quickly pour into hot muffin tins..
- bake in hot oven till they have risen high and browned, usually about 20 min.
- serve with roast and gravy
- Enjoy..
