    HOMEMade Salad Dressing

    This is wonderful in a Potato Salad,half homemade dressing, half storebought (Hellmans or Miracle Whip)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C white sugar
    • 1 tbs. cornstarch
    • 1 tsp. dry mustard
    • 1 dash cayenne pepper
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 C white vinegar
    • 1/2 c. water


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients together
    2. Add 2 beaten eggs, vinegar and water.
    3. Cook in a double boiler , over low heat,stir as thickening.
    4. keep in a jar in the fridge.
