6 servings chicken tenderloins/3.75 points per serving
List of Ingredients
1lb. Chicken tenderloins, pounded thin
1/2 c. egg beaters
1/2 c. dried seasoned bread crumbs
PAM
1 can tomato sauce & 1/2c. prego 3 cheese sauce; mix in Italian seasonings
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
Dip chicken in egg beaters, and turn to coat. Then mix bread crumbs with
Italian seasoning and dip chicken in bread-crumb mixture; turn to coat thoroughly. Spray PAM in large skillet; add chicken. Cook until lightly browned and no
longer pink in center, about 4 minutes per side; spray PAM on top of chicken while other side is cooking to make crispier. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into prepared baking dish; place chicken in dish and pour remaining sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake at 350F until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
