    Swiss Chicken

    4 Servings/5.5 points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    4 - 4 oz. skinless chicken breasts
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices Healthy Choice Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 - 10 3/4 oz. can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup Stove Top stuffing crumbs or cornbread crumbs (do not prepare)
    sprinkle of cayenne, to taste (optional)

    Recipe

    Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet to tenderize. Place chicken in a 13 X 9 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne (optional). Top each breast with Swiss cheese. Set aside. Combine soup (right out of can) and milk, stirring until smooth; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing crumbs and lightly coat with Pam.

    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
