- 3 cups canned Chickpeas/Garbanzo beans (2 cans)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbs. olive oil
- 1 or 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp.
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- If using canned beans,drain and rinse.Place basil,oil,salt,garlic and pepper in food processor and chop.Add chick peas and a few tablespoons of the water.Process until smooth,adding more water as needed
