    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large pizza crust
    • 1 6oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
    • 4 oz. grated mozzarella
    • 6-8 oz. bay scallops,or sea scallops sliced into 1/4" rounds
    • 2 tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan
    • 6 tbsp. prepared pesto


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Spread the pesto over the pizza crust.Drain artichoke hearts,reserving marinade in a small bowl.Cut artichokes in half and arrange them evenly over pesto.Sprinkle on the mozzarella.
    2. Rinse scallops and pat dry.Toss in the reserved marinade and drain.Put scallops on pizza and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
    3. Bake pizza until bottom of crust is crisp,cheese is bubbly and scallops are opaque in center.About 8 to 10 minutes
