Scallop,Pesto & Artichoke Heart Pizza

List of Ingredients
- 1 large pizza crust
- 1 6oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 4 oz. grated mozzarella
- 6-8 oz. bay scallops,or sea scallops sliced into 1/4" rounds
- 2 tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan
- 6 tbsp. prepared pesto
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Spread the pesto over the pizza crust.Drain artichoke hearts,reserving marinade in a small bowl.Cut artichokes in half and arrange them evenly over pesto.Sprinkle on the mozzarella.
- Rinse scallops and pat dry.Toss in the reserved marinade and drain.Put scallops on pizza and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
- Bake pizza until bottom of crust is crisp,cheese is bubbly and scallops are opaque in center.About 8 to 10 minutes
