2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsps black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp dried orange or lemon rind (Spice Islands makes this)Recipe
Mix well and rub inside and out of a 4-5 lb chicken, or 2 (3lb) chickens. tie legs together, tuck wing tips under. cook on rotisserie or in 325 degree oven approx. 1 1/2 hours or until juices run clear.
* I cooked in crockpot on beds of rolled up reynolds wrap about 6 hours ...very good!
