    • 6 hard cooked eggs
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • dash of pepper
    • paprika


    Instructions


    1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
    2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise.
    3. Add mustard, relish, salt and pepper and mix well.
    4. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
    5. Garnish on top with paprika.
