- 1 pound velveeta mexican cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) jar chunky salsa
Instructions
- Put cheese and salsa in crockpot on low.
- Brown and drain ground beef; add to crockpot.
- Heat for 1 hour.
- Stir ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour more.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
