    • 6 to 7 medium tomatoes, diced
    • 1 large onion, diced
    • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    • 6 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon ceyenne pepper or to taste
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
    • Corn chips


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic. Add cayenne pepper, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before serving. Serve with corn chips.


    2. Note: Chile peppers may be substituted for cayenne pepper and hot pepper sauce. How hot you make your salsa depends on the kind of chilies and the amount you use.
