    • 1 cup shredded Asadero Cheese
    • 4 ounces Jalapeno chiles, drained and chopped
    • 1/4 cup half and half
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
    • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Heat all ingredients over low heat stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
