- 1 cup shredded Asadero Cheese
- 4 ounces Jalapeno chiles, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat all ingredients over low heat stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
