List of Ingredients



• 4 medium size cooked sweet potatoes
  
• 3/4 cup apple butter
  
• 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
  
• cinnamon
  
• 2 tablespoons butter
  
• salt
  






Instructions



1. Slice sweet potatoes 1/2 inch thick. Arrange in greased, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
   
   
2. Combine apple butter and orange rind. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Spread over sweet potatoes. Dot with butter.
   
   
3. Broil 6 inches from heat until hot and glazed, 6 to 8 minutes.
