- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar, if you desire a touch of sweetness
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients just until blended. Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Option: For herbed muffins, add a tablespoon or two of your favorite chopped herb to the batter.
