- 2 cups Martha White Buttermilk Self- Rising Corn Meal Mix
- 1/4 cup oil or melted shortening
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 9 inch oven proof skillet or 9 inch square pan; place in oven to heat.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into hot greased pan.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
