• 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Muffin Mix
  
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  
• 1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn
  
• 2 cups sour cream
  
• 2/3 cups oil
  
• 1 medium onion chopped
  
• 4 eggs, beaten
  
• 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno's or more to taste
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 325 degrees if using a glass baking dish. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
   
   
2. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check after baking for about an hour. If necessary, cover edges with foil to prevent over browning along sides of dish. Use toothpick in center to test for doneness.
