Quick: Mott's Banana Bread

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 4 ripe medium bananas, mashed (2 cups)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Mott's natural applesauce
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x4" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and allspice.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together bananas, sugar, apple sauce, egg whites, oil and vanilla. Add banana mixture to flour mixture; mix well.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack; turn right side up. Cool completely. Cut into 16 slices.
