List of Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 ounces sliced pepperoni, chopped (can use veggies or other meat)
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives (optional)
Instructions
- On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to a 12" square.
- Spread pizza sauce over dough and layer with remaining ingredients.
- Toll dough up tightly in jelly roll fashion; pinch along edge to seal.
- Using a sharp knife, cut roll into 12 equal pieces.
- Place pieces in cups of greased muffin pan, swirl side up.
- Let rise until double in size.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 12 servings.
