List of Ingredients



• 1 3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1/2 cup applesauce , at room temperature
  
• 2 egg whites, whipped
  
• 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray and flour.
   
   
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
   
   
3. In another mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, sour cream, vanilla and strawberries. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened.
   
   
4. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes.
