French Toast: Applesauce French Toast

• 1/2 cup eggbeaters or 4 egg whites
  
• 3/4 cup skim milk
  
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  
• 1/4 cup applesauce
  
• 6 slices of bread
  






Instructions



1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except bread.
   
   
2. Soak bread slices 1 slice at a time until saturated with liquid.
   
   
3. Cook on a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
