    Eggs: Breakfast Casserole II

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (12 ounce) packages sausage links
    • 8 slices bread
    • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
    • 2 1/2 cups milk
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Brown sausage and cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Cut bread into cubes and place in a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    2. Spread sausage pieces and cheese over bread cubes. Add milk to eggs and pour over mixture. Spread cream of mushroom soup over top (do not dilute). Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
