• 3 small eggs, slightly beaten
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 2 tablespoons oil
  
• 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 3 cups flour
  
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 teaspoon ginger (optional)
  
• shake of nutmeg
  






Instructions



1. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and chocolate. Add and mix milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, ginger and nutmeg. Drop batter with doughnut maker in 350 degree hot fat. Brown doughnut on both sides and drain on absorbent paper.
