• 1 1/2 pounds sausage
  
• 3 cups buttermilk pancake mix
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 2 cups milk
  
• 1/3 cup oil
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 2 apples, peeled and sliced thinly
  
• Cinnamon and sugar to taste
  






Instructions



1. Break up and brown sausage in skillet and drain.
   
   
2. Mix pancake mix, eggs, milk, oil and vanilla together.
   
   
3. Add sausage to mix.
   
   
4. Pour evenly into two greased 7x11" casserole dishes.
   
   
5. Layer apples on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
