    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups bisquick baking mix
    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Combine and mix baking mix, raisins, 1/3 cup sugar and 3 of the eggs until moistened.
    3. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix, roll lightly in baking mix to coat.
    4. Roll dough into 9" circle, cut into 12 wedges with a sharp knife dusted with baking mix.
    5. Place wedges, alternating wide and narrow ends about 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet.
    6. Beat remaining egg; brush over top of wedges. Sprinkle with sugar.
    7. Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 14 minutes.
