List of Ingredients

1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green onion
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, chopped
2 cups shredded Mozzarella
1 1/4 cups bisquick
10 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Recipe

Combine sausage, mushrooms, green onion, tomatos and cheese and place in a 9x13" baking dish.
In mixing bowl, combine bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour bisquick mixture on top of sausage mixture.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or longer at 350.
