    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
    • 1 1/4 cups chopped onion
    • 1 1/4 cup chopped celery
    • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
    • 1/3 cup cornstarch
    • 3/4 cup cold water
    • 6 cups cooked cut up chicken
    • 3 1/2 cups bisquick
    • 1 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the vegetables, onions, celery, and broth until tender. Heat to boiling. Stir the corn starch into the cold water until dissolved, then stir into the broth mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute, then remove from heat. Stir in the chicken and pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Stir bisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by teaspoon on top of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
