    Oh, Oh Oreo Brownies

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 1 1/4 cups sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 5 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
    • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 12 oreo cookies, coarsely chopped


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 325.
    2. Line a 9 or 10" square pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease foil.
    3. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
    4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    5. Mix in melted chocolate and vanilla.
    6. Add flour and mix in on low speed.
    7. With a rubber spatula, fold in cookies.
    8. Transfer batter to prepared pan; spread into an even layer with a rubber spatula.
    9. Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
    10. Cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
