    Raspberry Coconut Brownies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1 (7 ounce) package flaked, sweetened coconut
    • 1 1/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 cup raspberry jam
    • 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup vanilla flavored chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    3. Spread evenly into bottom of a 9x13" baking pan.
    4. Sprinkle flaked coconut over top of crust.
    5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over coconut.
    6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    7. Spread raspberry jam and walnuts over brownie mixture; chill for 2 hours.
    8. In seperate saucepans, melt semi sweet chocolate chips and vanilla chips.
    9. Drizzle over top of brownies.
    10. Chill again until firm before cutting.
    11. Makes 24 bars.
