    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    • Frosting:
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 cup chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup raspberry jam


    Instructions


    1. For Brownies: Place butter and chocolate in a microwavable bowl.
    2. Microwave on high until butter and chocolate are melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
    3. Stir until smooth, beat in sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
    4. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    5. Stir in flour.
    6. Stir in jam and walnuts.
    7. Pour into a greased and floured 8" square pan.
    8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
    9. Remove from oven.
    10. Let stand in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
    11. While brownies are cooling make frosting.
    12. For Frosting: Melt butter and chocolate chips together.
    13. Stir until smooth.
    14. Stir in raspberry jam and frost top of brownies.
    15. When cold, cut into 1" squares.
