- 1 pound pinto beans
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ham pieces
- 1 garlic clove minced
Instructions
- Soak beans in water overnight. Drain and rinse.
- Put all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Add black pepper, onion powder, ceyenne and garlic powder to taste.
- Cook on low for 12 hours.
- Salt as needed after beans are cooked.
