- 3/4pound butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Mix in flour a little at a time, blending well after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. May be frozen.
