Pie: Chocolate Coconut Pie

- 4 ounces of german sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/3 cups angel flake coconut
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 frozen, unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Add milk, coconut, eggs and sugar. Stir until ingredients are blended well.
- Pour into pie shell and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Cool or serve warm with ice cream or cool whip. Store in refrigerator.
