• 6 egg whites, whipped
  
• 1 cup granulated sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  
• 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
  
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  
• 3/4 cup unbleached flour
  
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow cream. In another mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 30 minutes.
