• 1 1/2 cups flour
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/2 cup shortening
  
• 3/4 cup sour cream
  
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x9" square pan.
   
   
2. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture is size of small peas; reserve 1/3 cup. Beat in remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon into pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over batter.
   
   
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Serve with ice cream.
   
   
4. Serves 9
