Cake: Coca Cola Cake And Coca Cola Icing

• Cake:
  
• 2 cups unsifted flour
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 1 cup margarine
  
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
  
• 1 cup coke
  
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  
• Coca Cola Icing: (Ice Cake While Hot)
  
• 1/2 cup margarine
  
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
  
• 6 tablespoons coke
  
• 1 box confectioners' sugar
  
• 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  






Instructions



1. Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Heat margarine, cocoa and Coke to boiling and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla and finally marshmallows. Beat well. Bake in greased and floured 15 x 10" jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (This will be a thin batter with the marshmallows floating on top). Coca Cola Icing: Combine margarine, cocoa and Coke in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat well. Spread over hot cake.
