Pound Cake: Cream Cheese Pound Cake

- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- Dash of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups cake flour
Instructions
- Mix together margarine, butter, and cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour a little at a time until mixed well.
- Grease and flour tube pan. Place into a cold oven and bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Let cool in pan. Run knife around pan and remove cake.
