    Pie: Creamy Blueberry Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 9" graham cracker crust
    • 1 can blueberry pie filling
    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    • 1/4 cup cold water
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and condensed milk.

    2. In a small saucepan, combine water and gelatin, bring to a boil and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

    3. Add lemon juice and mixture to mixing bowl.

    4. Stir in 1 1/3 cups of pie filling and pour into crust.

    5. Chill atleast 2 hours.

    6. Spread remaining pie filling over pie before serving.
