Cake: Elvis Presley Cake With Priscilla Icing

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- Priscilla Icing:
- 5 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl pour boiling water over brown sugar, butter and oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients together in mixing bowl in order given. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven in a greased loaf pan for 45 minutes.
- For Icing: Mix all ingredients together, spread on top of cake after done. Put under broiler until coconut is lightly browned.
