Pie: Food Processor Perfect Pie Crust

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup lard or Crisco shortening
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoons ice cold water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in your food processor container.
- Using steel blade, process until dough forms a ball and pulls away from the blade, less than 1 minute. Do not over process or your dough will become tough.
- Divide into two balls and roll out to fit pie pans, 9" or 10". (I put the dough between two sheets of wax paper to roll out for easier clean up and transfer to the pie pan.)
- Makes two crusts
