Pie: Fudge Butter Pecan Pie

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Combine chips, evaporated milk, and butter in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and creamy. In medium to large bowl, slightly beat eggs; whisk in rest of ingredients until well mixed. Gradually stir in chocolate mixture; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until just set. Cool on rack.
