Pie: Impossible Lemon Pie

• 2 cups milk
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 cup bisquick
  
• 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
  






Instructions



1. Place milk, sugar, bisquick, margarine, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice in container of a blender. Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 10" pie plate. Bake in a 350 degree oven 50 to 55 minutes or until 1 toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
