• 4 eggs
  
• 1 teaspoon cornmeal
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 1 teaspoon flour
  
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
  
• 1/2 cup melted butter
  
• 1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie crust
  






Instructions



1. Beat eggs thoroughly. Gradually beat in sugar. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, or until browned. Do not over bake.
   
   






Final Comments


This pie will not be set after 40 minutes of baking. But as it cools it sets. It is very rich and delicous!
Also, depending on your oven, you may have to bake it at 325 for 1 hour to keep it from browning to much on top.
