Pie: No Bake Pumpkin Cream Pie

- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumkin pie spice
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (optional)
Instructions
- Beat together confectioners sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice in large mixing bowl at medium speed 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy. Add pumpkin and blend well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill overnight. Serve with whipped cream as desired.
- Makes 8 servings.
