Pie: Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Pie

• Crust:
  
• 24 nutter butter cookies, crushed fine
  
• 5 tablespoons melted butter
  
• Filling:
  
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
  
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 1 (12 ounce) tub cool whip
  






Instructions



1. Stir cookie crumbs and melted butter together, then press evenly on bottom of sides of a 9" pie dish.
   
   
2. Mix cream cheese (I used lower fat Neufchatel and it was wonderful)peanut butter, sugar, vanilla until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into the cookie crust. Freeze for 4 hours.
