    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (15 ounce) can peaches, diced
    • 2 1/2 sticks butter
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 5 large eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat three 8x4 inch loaf pans with cooking spray. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and sour cream. In a seperate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture. Stir in peaches. Pour into pans. Top with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Freezes well.
