Peach Pound Cake

- 1 (15 ounce) can peaches, diced
- 2 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat three 8x4 inch loaf pans with cooking spray. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and sour cream. In a seperate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture. Stir in peaches. Pour into pans. Top with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Freezes well.
