    Fried Pies: Peaches For Fried Pies

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 gallons peaches, cut up
    • 7 cups sugar
    • 1 cup vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Do not peel peaches. Cut up in small pieces, quartered or less. Combine peaches, sugar and vinegar. Place on burner and cook down low or until peaches seem to be done. Put in jars and seal. Use for fried pies. They're exactly like dried peaches, only better.
